The hotel was in a great and convenient location adjacent to Tsuruoka, and the bus stops for Mt Haguro or the Jellyfish Aquarium. It also was close to everything.

Our twin room was well-equipped with a fridge, an electric kettle, and climate control. the location was strategic and convenient, just a short walk from the train station and close to bus stops for Mt Haguro and the Jellyfish Aquarium, all in a charming residential area.

The staff here are super friendly and helpful—definitely can't ask for more than that! Our room had central heating, a work desk, and a flat-screen TV, which made it quite comfortable. the location was fantastic, and the breakfast was decent and included, which was a nice bonus! 😊.

Located conveniently close to transportation, this hotel makes it easy to explore the surrounding area. Guests can quickly access the train station, bus stops for Mt Haguro or the Jellyfish Aquarium, or local restaurants and shops. Amenities like a coin laundry and public baths with an artificial hot spring add to the convenience and comfort of the stay.

The hotel could benefit from more attention to detail in some areas, as guests reported issues with torn drapes, hard beds, and small pillows.

The hotel was located near the train station and a shopping mall, making it easy to get groceries and other necessities. The public bath and coin laundry were helpful amenities. Best of all, the soak tub had a lovely open-air mini garden with snow falling on the stones, making for a truly relaxing experience.

The room was quite small, with a tiny bathroom and uncomfortable bed. The drapes had a tear in them, and the pillow was barely the size of one's shoulders.

This hotel's location was fantastic. It was right next to the train station and bus stops for the Jellyfish Aquarium and Mt. Haguro. Additionally, the breakfast served at the hotel had a great variety of fresh and local foods. The staff was polite and friendly, and the hotel was clean.

Convenient location just a few minutes' walk from the train station made getting around town a breeze! the simple and functional decor was surprisingly modern and up, to, date. Plus, the spotless room and bathroom were consistently cleaned to a high standard. Free Wi, Fi and breakfast were real pluses, too!

The room was quite small, which meant that there was limited space for luggage or moving around. On top of that, the bed was quite hard and pillows were somewhat small.
